New Client Form

Please complete the new client form ahead of your appointment. This is a legal requirement and completing it now means we can spend more time treating you. Please feel free to call us if you need any assistance.

Scope of Practice

We are qualified and insured to provide a range of complementary treatments that support your health, well-being and movement. This includes hands-on, soft-tissue therapy delivered through technical Sports Massage, and the prescription of exercise for health and fitness. Movement screenings and ROM assessments are within the scope of practice of both a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist, given the focus on anatomy and physiology. Nutritional advice is provided within the scope of practice of the Personal Trainer. We are committed to Continuing Professional Development, and have leveraged the qualifications we have in anatomy and physiology to obtain full certification and insurance in Sports Taping and Strapping, IASTM, and low-back pain management. We are passionate about what we do and are undertaking concurrent, continuous training in (HDip) Neuromuscular Therapy, (BSc) Sports Therapy and Strength and Conditioning, for which we are insured as a student. We are not a physiotherapy clinic, and may suggest that you seek treatment from your GP or other allied, chartered healthcare professionals if we feel you would benefit from intervention beyond our scope of practice. We are proud to hold memberships with the SMA, IMTA and REPS Ireland and commit to the respective Code of Ethics and Conduct; further information on this and full detail on Scope of Practice is available through the websites linked below. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries.
